Counselling

By far our most popular service. Skilled practitioners who have significant experience working in schools provide a safe and independent space for staff to reflect on themselves and the challenges of their work.

Whether online or in person, our counselling sessions have been rated as more useful than professional development, other external mental health services and even better than a day off.

Individual sessions: 50 minutes

Group Sessions: 75 minutes

Individual or small group counselling sessions with an experienced practitioner.

Employee Assistance Program

(EAP

We believe our EAP is the most relevant and effective for those in helping professions.

An EAP is a workplace initiative that provides employees with confidential support and counselling for personal and professional issues. EAPs are designed to improve employee well-being, reduce absenteeism, and boost productivity by addressing a wide range of concerns, including mental health, work issues, and relationship difficulties.

Our experienced practitioners provide support for your staff at a time of need.
