Service Agreement
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We understand that schedules can change. You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your session at no cost, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations and rescheduling can be done via clicking the button at the bottom of the confirmation email you received when you booked. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to the full session fee. There is no limit to how many times you may reschedule, as long as the 24-hour notice is provided.
Confidentiality Policy
What you share with your practitioner is private. Everything you say in session is confidential and kept secure. The only times information may need to be shared without your consent are if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, concerns about child safety, or when required by law (such as a court order).
